Real-Time Technical Support Via Secure Internet ConnectionLocated at our Orlando Service facility, Mitsubishi Power Systems’ Remote Monitoring Center supports customers through real-time acquisition and presentation of turbine operating data. Data is collected via a secure Internet connection to the customer’s host supervisory or control system. The RMC is capable of monitoring over 400 operational parameters, including:
data analysis and evaluation to improve customer’s overall gas turbine performance
Troubleshooting, Trending & ReportsThe Remote Monitoring Center enables MPS to provide direct and expert assistance to our customers in optimizing gas turbine performance, efficiency and operation. Equally important, turbine data collected through the RMC provides the foundation for effective planning, management and documentation of Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA). In addition to real-time monitoring and troubleshooting, the RMC supports
comprehensive analysis and evaluation of turbine performance over time.
MPS engineers can perform a variety of historical trending studies to
identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and fine-tune operating
strategies. Data can also be compiled in the form of customized reports
that provide customer O&M personnel with timely summaries of turbine
operating events, performance vs. fleet averages, service bulletins
and shared intelligence from other Mitsubishi turbine operators. |
